Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the https://www.stratamediaswfl.com/ website (the "Service") operated by Strata Media, LLC ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Services Provided

Strata Media, LLC is a Florida-based company providing professional real estate photography, videography, 3D tours, and related media production services (collectively, the "Services") primarily in the Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida areas.

2. Intellectual Property and Licensing

  • Ownership: All photos, videos, 3D models, and other visual media produced by Strata Media, LLC are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Strata Media, LLC.

  • License Grant: Upon full payment for the Services, Strata Media, LLC grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the final media solely for the purpose of marketing and selling the specific real property for which the Services were performed.

  • Restrictions: The media may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to any third party (including, but not limited to, architects, builders, or subsequent listing agents) without the express written permission of Strata Media, LLC. The license is valid only for the duration the property is listed for sale.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Pricing: Service prices are listed on our booking page and residential services page, and are subject to change without notice.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment time may result in applicable fees.

  • Refunds: All sales are final once the service has been performed. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Strata Media, LLC.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is fully prepared ("photo-ready") prior to the scheduled service time. Strata Media, LLC is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or moving furniture. Time spent waiting for the property to be prepared may be billed at an additional rate.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Strata Media, LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
